Approving the proposals suggested by the Governor in No.106 of 13th January re chartering of "Frisia" to P & 0.00%

With reference to No.108 of 15th Jan. from the Governor requesting that pro- ceedings in connection with ""Anglo-" French prize ships be stayed pending detailed instructions.

Requesting to be notified of the strength of the forces on service on Christmas Day for the information of E.RH Princess Mary.

With reference to No.105 of 12th Jen. from the Governor requesting particu- lars of the judgment in the case of the "Hanametal".

Instructing that a proclamation be issued prohibiting exportation of vessels with a view to preventing transfer to a foreign flag.
